Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by MTY Pro Tire, Inc. ("the Shop," "we," "us"), 4474 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90004, United States, and the general conditions of sales and service at our counter. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our bays, stock categories, and services. It does not constitute a real-time inventory, and no sale is formed by visiting this site or submitting an inquiry. A sale is formed only when a written or verbal quote is accepted and payment is made at the counter or as agreed.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes for tires, parts, audio equipment, and accessories are provided before work begins and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices for used tires and used parts reflect graded condition and are firm unless condition changes before pickup. Labor for installation is quoted separately where applicable.

2.1 Fitment Responsibility

Fitment is verified in-shop before installation where practical. For parts or tires ordered by customer-supplied numbers or sizes, the customer is responsible for verifying that the supplied specification matches the vehicle; incorrect-supply returns are handled per Section 5.

3. Used Goods

Used tires and used automotive parts are sold in graded, inspected condition with tread depth, repairs, and known defects disclosed at sale. Used goods carry a limited exchange warranty as stated on the sales ticket — not the same coverage as new goods, and not transferable to other vehicles or buyers.

4. Installation and Service

Installation services — mounting, balancing, battery install, audio work, and accessory fitment — are performed to the standard stated on the work ticket. The customer is responsible for disclosing vehicle modifications, wheel damage, TPMS systems, and prior repairs that may affect the work. The Shop is not responsible for pre-existing damage unrelated to the service performed.

4.1 Left Property

Vehicles, wheels, and goods left at the Shop must be collected within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed. Items not collected may be handled per California abandoned-property law, including assessment of storage charges.

5. Returns and Warranty

New, uninstalled goods in original condition may be returned within the period stated on the sales ticket. Installed items, cut-to-order goods, and electrical components carry manufacturer warranty only. Used goods are covered by the limited exchange warranty stated at sale. Warranty claims require the original sales ticket.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of MTY Pro Tire, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

7. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading inquiries; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) scrape or harvest site content by automated means without consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stock shown or described on this site is illustrative; availability is confirmed at the counter. Product warranties are those stated at sale and by manufacturers — nothing on this site adds to them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shop's aggregate liability arising from or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for goods and services is limited to the purchase price of the affected item or service. In no event shall the Shop be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTY Pro Tire, Inc. from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your supply of incorrect vehicle or fitment information.

11. Third-Party Sites

This website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. The Shop does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, use of this website, or sales at the counter shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights consumers hold under California consumer-protection law.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
